This contest, presented by the NSERC/Quanser Chair in Design Engineering for Innovation, poses the question, “Why do I want to be a Design Engineer?”. Students must submit a 3 minute video that creatively answers this question. The contest’s objective is to foster a greater understanding of the place of engineering design in the world, so that students may be aware of what design engineering has to off them in their studies and in the real world.
